Theme: Wild World Week
Get ready to explore the amazing world of animals, habitats, reptiles, and wildlife! Wild World Week combines hands-on learning, outdoor exploration, adaptive recreation, and sensory-friendly activities designed specifically for children, teens, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and different abilities.
Throughout the week, campers will discover how animals live, explore different habitats, participate in wildlife-themed challenges, and engage with nature through interactive activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving. Campers will also continue developing athletic skills, social connections, and confidence through adaptive sports and recreational programming.
This week focuses on exploring the natural world while fostering curiosity, communication, friendship, and a love for learning through engaging and inclusive experiences.

• Animal habitat building challenge
• Wildlife Explorer Scavenger Hunt
• Reptile and creature sensory stations
• Yoga and mindfulness sessions
• Swim lessons at Gonzalez Park (Tuesday & Thursday)

Who Can Participate:
This camp is designed for children, teens, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and different abilities who benefit from structured recreation, adaptive programming, movement-based activities, social opportunities, and sensory-friendly support.
Additional Support Information:
To help create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for all participants, camp will maintain approximately a 4:1 camper-to-staff ratio throughout programming and community outings.
Please note that campers who require dedicated 1:1 behavioral, medical, personal care, or safety support must attend camp with their own assigned aide, respite worker, or support person as needed.
Our team is committed to providing adaptive recreation, structured support, and inclusive programming for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and different abilities while ensuring each camper receives the level of support necessary for a successful camp experience.
