Get ready to strike up some fun in our 10-week Bowling League, designed specifically for neurodivergent children! This inclusive and engaging program offers a perfect mix of recreation, skill-building, and social interaction in a supportive environment where every participant can thrive.

Program Description: 

Bowling Basics & Beyond: Participants will learn bowling fundamentals, including proper grip, aiming techniques, and lane etiquette. Our coaches will guide children through games and activities that help improve hand-eye coordination, motor planning, and focus.

Team Spirit: Each week, children will bowl alongside teammates, encouraging social interaction and teamwork. Whether cheering for a strike or celebrating small wins, participants will learn to support and connect with one another.

Achievement & Fun: Kids will set goals, track progress, and experience the joy of achievement in a low-pressure, fun-filled environment.

What Your Child Will Gain:

Physical Development: Improved hand-eye coordination, motor skills, and body awareness through the repetitive and focused movements of bowling.

Social Connections: Opportunities to make friends, practice turn-taking, and build conversational skills in a relaxed, playful setting.

Emotional Growth: Bowling offers a structured yet flexible activity that promotes self-regulation and confidence as children master new skills.

Focus & Patience: The deliberate pace of bowling encourages children to practice patience, stay attentive, and enjoy the satisfaction of progress.

Track and Field League (Ages 7-18+)

Dates: Saturdays, May 31st – June 28th, 2025 (No Session on June 7th)

Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Location: Compton College (Kickoff + Regular Season), Burrell-MacDonald Park (Banquet)

Jumpstart your child’s summer with a dynamic and inclusive Track & Field League designed specifically for neurodivergent youth! This 5-week league blends skill development with fun competition to support physical, social, and emotional growth in a safe and encouraging environment.

Schedule:

9:00 – 10:00 AM: Coaching, Drills, and Learning Events

Participants will be introduced to a variety of track and field disciplines in a supportive setting. Coaches will model and guide youth through drills and warm-ups that build coordination, strength, and confidence.

10:00 – 11:30 AM: Competitive Events

Youth will engage in adapted, supportive competitions in the following events:

  • Sprints (100m, 200m, 400m)
  • Relays
  • Long Jump & High Jump
  • Hurdles

Visual cues, one-on-one support, and modifications will ensure that every participant is successful and celebrated.

June 28th – Banquet at Burrell-MacDonald Park:

To wrap up the season, we will host a celebration banquet featuring:

  • Catered lunch
  • Awards and medals
  • Goodie bags and team photos
  • Entertainment and video highlights
  • Speeches from coaches, parents, and participants

An RSVP link will be sent closer to the banquet date to confirm attendance and help us plan accordingly.

3x3 Basketball League (Ages 7-18+)

Location: Compton College (Kickoff + Regular Season), Burrell-MacDonald Park (Banquet)

Join us this summer for an inclusive, high-energy 3v3 Basketball League designed for neurodivergent youth! Whether your child is new to basketball or looking to grow their skills in a supportive environment, this league focuses on teamwork, movement, and fun through skill-building and adapted gameplay.

Schedule:

9:00 – 10:00 AM: Skill-Building, Drills & Warm-ups

Each session begins with coach-led instruction in basketball fundamentals—passing, shooting, defense, and more—tailored to meet players at their own level.

10:00 – 11:30 AM: Modified 3v3 Games

Participants are grouped by age and ability to compete in structured, friendly 3v3 games. Our coaches and volunteers support players throughout the games using visual prompts, behavior supports, and adaptations to ensure a successful experience for all.

August 9th – Banquet at Burrell-MacDonald Park:To celebrate the end of the season, we’ll host a fun, family-friendly banquet with:

  • Catered lunch
  • Awards and medals
  • Goodie bags and team photos
  • Entertainment and video highlights
  • Speeches from coaches, parents, and participants

Kick off your child’s fall with a dynamic and inclusive Soccer League designed specifically for neurodivergent youth! This 5-week league blends skill development with fun, supportive competition to promote physical, social, and emotional growth in a safe and encouraging environment.

Schedule:
