Join us for an exciting 10-week program designed to foster physical, social, and creative development in neurodivergent individuals! Our Tuesday Fitness & Basketball Program provides a supportive, inclusive environment where participants can grow through structured activities tailored to their unique needs and strengths.

Schedule:

1:30 PM – 2:30 PM: Fitness

Participants will kick off the session with a fitness session designed to boost strength, coordination, and energy levels. Activities may include fun exercises, obstacle courses, and games that promote gross motor skills and physical health in an engaging way.

2:30 PM – 3:30 PM: Basketball

The second hour focuses on basketball fundamentals, including dribbling, shooting, and teamwork. Through structured drills and group games, participants will develop motor planning, social skills, and confidence while enjoying the sport.

Important Notes:

• Please provide an aide if needed.
• Participants are welcome to attend either or both hours of the program.
• This program is designed for neurodivergent individuals, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and other developmental differences. Our trained instructors ensure that activities are adaptable to individual abilities and needs, creating a safe, fun, and enriching experience for all.
