2 hour Class Consisting of:

Join our class designed for neurodivergent adults, where fitness meets creativity! Engage in circuit training and basketball to boost physical health, then unwind with art activities to express your creativity. Our supportive environment ensures everyone enjoys and benefits from the experience. 

Participants will work on social skills, fundamentals and sensory integration. To ensure the best experience for each athlete please provide aide if needed.

WE ARE REGIONAL CENTER SERVICE PROVIDER for SOCIAL RECREATION with Harbor, South Central Los Angeles, Westside, and East Los Angeles Regional Center.

Contact your appointed service coordinator to enroll. If you are with an outside regional center you will need to request a courtesy vendor for services from your service coordinator.
