Our Tuesday Fitness & Basketball Program provides a supportive, inclusive environment where participants can grow through structured activities tailored to their unique needs and strengths.
Schedule:
1:00 - 2:00 PM: Fitness
Participants will kick off the session with a fitness session designed to boost strength, coordination, and energy levels. Activities may include fun exercises, obstacle courses, and games that promote gross motor skills and physical health in an engaging way.
2:00 - 3:00 PM: Basketball
The second hour focuses on basketball fundamentals, including dribbling, shooting, and teamwork. Through structured drills and group games, participants will develop motor planning, social skills, and confidence while enjoying the sport

Jumpstart your child’s weekend with a dynamic and inclusive Saturday Morning Sports & Enrichment Program, designed to promote physical fitness, teamwork, and creativity in neurodivergent children. This 10-week program offers structured activities that help children thrive, build confidence, and have fun!
Important Note: No classes will be held on the first Saturdays of each month (February 3rd and March 2nd). On these dates, families are welcome to register separately for special community events held in Compton or Los Angeles.
